Dr. Parker was recently recruited to Indiana University to help expand the Voice Center into a national leader and top institution in Indiana for laryngology care, to continue advancements in the treatment of snoring and sleep apnea, and to provide state-of-the-art care for patients with thyroid and parathyroid disorders.

Doctor Parker is a Harvard-trained laryngologist, sleep apnea surgeon, and endocrine surgeon.   He helped to build The Voice Clinic of Indiana into a center focused on providing the latest care for throat and neck disorders.   He was recruited to Indiana University for his clinical expertise, research, and leadership.  He lives just north of Indianapolis with his wonderful wife, 3 daughters, and 2 dogs. 

Current Practice


Doctor Parker specializes in voice and swallowing disorders, laryngeal dysplasia and cancer, breathing and sleep apnea disorders, and thyroid and parathyroid disorders.  As one of only a few such throat and neck specialty physicians in Indianapolis and all of Indiana, he has partnered with many other providers locally and regionally to offer state-of-the-art surgical & non-surgical care for patients.   He also provides care for general ENT problems, such as nasal obstruction and sinus problems.
